Comments on his work as head of the Cotton Section; his assistant, Wofford B. Camp and other members of the program; the use of agricultural extension forces, etc. Appended: copies of letters written by Cobb to people studying the AAA and his letters to Mrs. Baum. Also included: photocopy of transcript of tape recorded interview of Cobb by Roy V. Scott, State College, Mississippi, Oct. 6, 1966 (77 l.); photocopies of additional correspondence; biographical material, etc.
